Onboarding

Authentication
Navigate to intranet.loyolacollege.lk. Your ID is your NIC and your initial password is 1234pass.
Security
We enforce a mandatory password change upon your first entry to ensure your student data remains confidential.

The Dashboard

Access My Classes instantly. The dashboard uses dynamic progress indicators to show you exactly which subjects still need attention and which are complete.

Marks Management

Required Setup

Use the "+" button next to any subject to declare the student enrollment count before entering marks.

Entry Perspectives

Subject Mode: Input raw scores for the entire grade

Student Mode: Input all subject scores for one pupil

Grid Mode: High-speed massive data entry interface
